Naomi is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensed in the state of North Dakota. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. She has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Dakota State University. She works to create a unique experience for each client in order to best address their problems, meet their goals, and utilize their strengths and resources. Naomi takes a non-judgmental perspective, honoring each client's identity, worldview, religion, abilities, and preferences. She will work with you from a holistic approach to address all areas of your life that may be impacting your mental health, such as physical, environmental, spiritual, social, or intellectual.

Trista is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensed in the state of North Dakota. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from North Dakota State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Mary. Her objective is to help you reach your personal goals through building a trusting therapeutic relationship and providing and ensuring a holistic approach. She works with you as a whole; mind, body, and spirit. She strives to provide a non-judgmental environment where you feel supported, working towards improving your life, and reaching your goals. She utilizes many different therapy modalities and techniques which are tailored to each individual person’s needs. She works primarily with adults focusing on depression, anxiety and panic disorders, trauma, PTSD, and utilizes EMDR, CBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT.

Erika earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota. She is licensed at the independent level as a clinical social worker. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, she uses a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual client. Erika strives to meet every person where they are at in life, while creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.

Megan is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota and North Dakota. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Dakota State University. She is also currently working toward a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from NDSU. Megan’s goal as a counselor is to cultivate a brave space for you to share your unique story collaboratively and constructively. As a client, you can expect that she will respect your journey and process by meeting you where you are in this moment. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches to help you foster your individualized goals including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Choice Theory, and Relational Cultural Therapy. This approach allows you to explore the connections between thoughts, behaviors, and actions in all realms of your life in order to foster manageable, positive, and sustainable change. Furthermore, she is LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and specializes depression, anxiety, relational concerns, identity exploration, and working with individuals with physical disabilities.
